Shipping Policy

Lily’s Bridal Outlet offers free shipping on orders over $499 and only ships within the United States (not including US territories).

- All orders will ship through UPS and take 5-7 business days to arrive. Please allow 3-5 days for processing.

- Tracking number will be sent on your invoice when the order ships.

- Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes.

- Signature required at delivery. Failure to receive your package will result in a re-
shipping charge.

- Orders are processed and shipped on business days, which are Monday – Friday.

Online Store Policy

Lily’s Bridal Outlet hopes that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you aren’t, we are happy to accept your return or exchange under these guidelines:
  • Purchases will be refunded in the form of online store credit which will expire 3 months from refund date. Please note there is a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from your online store credit.

  • Refund must be requested within 3 days of delivery date for online store credit. All orders ship with a tracking number for this purpose and will be used to determine the delivery date.

  • Wear date is required for all purchases and a refund cannot be requested past this date.

  • Gowns marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Exchanges are Final Sale. Purchases using online store credit are Final Sale.

  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.

  • Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered, and must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks.

  • Returns may take approximately 2-3 weeks to process.
